Our company was founded by John DeVries, a Dutch farmer and entrepreneur who came to Canada in 1947. After several years as a successful Real Estate Sales Associate in the Ottawa area, John started his own company in 1969 and purchased the first Ottawa-based Century 21 franchise in 1971. In 1974 he also bought a hobby farm, and has reaped what he has sown every since.
